"If there is the possibility of regular worship then you can install Jagannatha Deity. Otherwis don't do it. Not that there should be a repeat of the situation in Hamburg that the Deities were taken away. Unless there is solid temple arrangement I don't advise you to install the Deity. Deity installation means regular worship without fail and for good. Just like in Jagannatha Puri. That temple was established over thousand of years ago and it is still going on. Always they have prasadam ready for at least a thousand people and bhoga is offered 56 times in a day.

"Se existe a possibilidade de adoração regular, então você pode instalar Deidade de Jagannatha. Caso contrário, não faça isso. Não que deve ser uma repetição da situação em Hamburgo que as Deidades foram levadas. A menos que haja um acordo sólido de templo eu não aconselho você a instalar a Divindade. Instalação da Divindade significa adoração regular sem falhas e para o bem. Assim como em Jagannatha Puri. Esse templo foi criado há mais de mil anos atrás e ainda está acontecendo. Sempre têm prasadam pronto para pelo menos mil pessoas e bhoga é oferecido 56 vezes em um dia.

Irregularity in worshiping Guru and Gauranga can be tolerated, as they are always kind and forgiving, but irregularity in worshiping Lord Jagannatha and Sri Sri Radha Krishna is not good."

Irregularidade na adoração de Guru e Gauranga pode ser tolerado, pois eles são sempre amáveis e tolerantes, mas irregularidade na adoração ao Senhor Jagannatha e Sri Sri Radha Krishna não é bom."  Carta para Karandhara - Calcutá 19 de setembro de 1970.

"Worship of Radha-Krishna Deities is the ultimate pinnacle of Deity worship, and it must be done with the utmost caution and attention to every detail of giving opulent service. I am not recommending more temples to install Radha-Krishna Deities until I have become more convinced that they can properly manage. At least five to ten persons must be engaged full time to worship Radha-Krishna properly, and for any small temple especially that is a detrimental factor to maintaining the highest standard in other temple activities besides, because there are not enough men. You may worship Lord Jagannatha, or if you like to install Gaura-Gauranga, Gaura-Nitai, or simply Gaura Deity, He is also very liberal and will forgive and tolerate any service offered to Him even by Jagai and Madhai."

Letter to Gunagrahi -- New York 3 July, 1972.

"Adoração de Deidades de Radha-Krishna  é o pináculo final da adoração da Deidade, e isso deve ser feito com o maior cuidado e atenção a cada detalhe para prestar serviço opulento. Eu não estou recomendando mais templos para instalar Deidades de Radha-Krishna até que eu me torne mais convencido de que eles podem administrar adequadamente. Pelo menos cinco a dez pessoas devem ser engajados em tempo integral para adorar Radha-Krishna corretamente, e para qualquer pequeno templo isso é especialmente um fator prejudicial para a manutenção do mais alto padrão nas atividades de outro templo, além disso, porque não há homens suficientes. Você pode adorar o Senhor Jagannatha, ou se você gostaria de instalar Gaura-Gauranga, Gaura-Nitai, ou simplesmente Divindade de Gaura, Ele também é muito liberal e irá perdoar e tolerar qualquer serviço oferecido a Ele mesmo por Jagai e Madhai."
